  • Q. 1.How long does it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

    We will reply to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry on working days.

  • Q. 2. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

    We are a professional production factory, and we also have our own international trade department, we produce and sell by ourselves.

  • Q. 3. What products can you provide?

    We mainly produce RO all-in-one machines, as well as ultrafiltration all-in-one machines, pipeline all-in-one machines, bottom-mounted water dispensers, top-mounted water dispensers, quick-heat water dispensers, ordinary water dispensers, etc.

  • Q. 4. Can you make customized products?

    Yes, we can develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Q. 5. What is the production capacity of your company?

    We have 4 production lines, productivity (daily), 500 ordinary water dispensers (ultrafiltration machine, pipeline machine), 300 RO integrated water dispensers, and 400 instant hot water dispensers.

  • Q. 6. How many employees does your company have, and how many are technicians?

    The company has more than 100 employees, including more than 10 professional technicians and more than 5 engineers.

  • Q. 7. How does your company guarantee product quality?

    We have a dedicated quality control department and advanced production and inspection equipment. First, the incoming materials are strictly inspected, and then 100% of the products are tested and inspected throughout the production process, such as electrical inspection, water inspection, and performance testing, etc. Finally, a randomly selected 20% of finished products will be inspected and tested again from the warehouse.

  • Q. 8. What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. When mass production, we generally pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance according to the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course L/C can also be accepted.

  • Q. 9. How will the goods be delivered to the customer?

    Usually we ship by sea, because we are in Ningbo, we are only 60 kilometers away from Ningbo port, and sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also ship by air. Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.

  • Q. 10. Where do your goods mainly export to?

    Our products are mainly exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, America, Africa and so on.
